Shenzhen Leagend Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (“Leagend”) was founded in 2005. We are a technology-driven, product-development-oriented, specialized, sophisticated, distinctive, and innovative high-tech enterprise. Our core technologies and product lines primarily cover automotive electronics, professional battery testing, and battery monitoring.

Since our establishment in 2005, leagend has remained focused on independent product design, technological advancement, and research and development. Guided by the philosophy that “products come from the market and serve customers, while technology supports products and must lead product innovation,” we have developed a number of industry-leading product lines and solutions, including battery testers, battery protectors, battery monitoring systems, car jump starters, super lead-acid batteries, OBD diagnostic tools, and thermal imaging devices.

Today, our R&D team accounts for 40% of our total workforce, and our investment in technology and research and development represents 30% of annual revenue. Over the years, leagend has grown into a market- and customer-oriented, technology- and R&D-driven manufacturing enterprise with integrated production and sales capabilities, and has become one of the world’s largest manufacturers of battery testers.

FOUNDER BACKGROUND:
DRIVEN BY BOTH TECHNOLOGY AND AESTHETICS

Eric, founder of Shenzhen Leagend Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., has a rare interdisciplinary background in both engineering and art, and has long been dedicated to bridging the gap between electronic technology and product design.



Technical Foundation: He graduated from Shenzhen University with a degree in Radio Technology from the Department of Electronics. In his early career, he focused deeply on electronic principles and circuit logic, building a solid foundation for product research and development and ensuring that our products meet rigorous standards for functional stability and technical performance.

Aesthetic Elevation: He later pursued graduate studies at the Central Academy of Fine Arts. Building on his engineering mindset, he deliberately expanded into the field of artistic design, systematically studying formal language and user experience. This represented a transformation from “making electronic products” to “creating designed works.”



This unique path enables him to define products from two perspectives at once: he understands both the limits of technology and the warmth of aesthetics. As a result, leagend’s products combine strong technical capability with refined visual appeal in a highly competitive market.

After the enlightenments of these two journeys and thanks to the inspiration from the modern legend characters and achievements, he built the leagend brand.

The name Leagend is derived from the word “Legend”, but reimagined and elevated.
